Collect fees

Anyone can press this. It pays out the trading fees this token has earned so far. It does not matter who presses it, because the money always goes to the same fixed places: 80% to the creator, and the remaining 20% split evenly between the treasury and the buyback-burn. You cannot redirect a single wei of it. You can only make it happen sooner.
